Our office is open to accept appointments
and answer your questions during the hours listed below. As stated above, Monday-Thursday our staff breaks for lunch between
11:30 AM-12:30 PM. If you have an urgent need to reach Dr. Wohl either during our lunchtime or after regular patient care
hours, please call the main telephone number, and dial extension "230" to be transferred to his pager. This

Prior
to your visit to our office, we kindly request that you register for the North
Florida Surgeons (NFS) Patient Portal. Please click on the Forms and Links page
above and follow the instructions appropriate
for you. If it is not convenient for you to access
the NFS Patient Portal prior
to your visit, we would appreciate that you arrive
at least 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to complete the pre-registration
process.
We accept most Insurance
Plans, Cash, Personal Checks, Visa
and Mastercard. Because all co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles are due at the time of your child's visit, please check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment to better understand your responsibilities according to
your insurance plan regarding Specialist Physician fees and procedures. If you have any
